Randy went up to the shop and cut up a bunch of scraps from the loom making. That hard wood made excellent coals and cooked dinner to perfection! The kids got a kick out of eating dinner off a stick and I was delighted with the way it turned out, being my really first successful BBQ. this is supposed to be cooking by The Man Of The House but this guy don't and I am not really experienced in this form of cooking so we've had underdone one night and blackened the next... But this time, except for running shy of fuel, it came out just right. I hope I can do it again when we have a houseful of company this weekend. (knock knock!) posted @ 09:42 PM PST [link] |
