01/18/2007: "Ice on the water"

All that white stuff around the rocks and the edges of Coffee Creek is ice. It melted some yesterday but isn't gone and refroze nicely today. But it only got down to 25 last night, better than the 16 we had before. Still no snow in sight, tho. It's getting late, too, and our snow-pack is way short.

But I guess Randy and the guys will be getting a lot of plumbing jobs this spring. Starting right here. The hose bib out front split, whichis the one I use to water all the planter boxes and the dogs. It's the only one we've found so far...

Well. I got the mid-winter droops. Hope you all are doing better.
